OOSC Clothing ship to over 150 countries globally. Please view the information below as to estimated delivery times for your location.

Please be aware that shipments outside of UK may be subject to tariffs, duties, value-added tax (VAT), etc:

• These costs are your responsibility
• These costs are not included in the shipping / delivery charges in your order
• For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will only refund you the cost of the product after any additional charges incurred by us in having the product returned to our warehouse. We reserve the right to charge up to £50 for these charges which are imposed on us by the courier companies.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order has not turned up within a sensible timeline since you ordered (21+days), please get in touch with us and we will do our best to locate it or get another one sent out to you. If you take longer than 30 days to get in contact with us we will assume your order has been delivered which may affect our ability to issue you a refund or exchange if notified after this period.
